XPG System (like laptops) returned will have a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. All other items returned will have a 15% restocking fee of the item’s purchase price. For defective items, please file RMA service for replacement and there will be no restocking fee occurred.
- The customer needs sends an email to Support_USA@adata.com asking for a return. The email should provide an order number and a list of products that will be returned.
Products returned should include an order number, all parts, and packaging. Missing or damaged products will not receive a refund. Customer ships the return items to:
